The Final Curtain
Many agencies found themselves a little challenged to make my
finish line, so in addition to the thanks I have already noted to
Roamler and REL Field Marketing’s Adidas team, I should sign off
here with thanks to Elevate Global who also found team members
to come and see me finish. This mix of people together with some
running friends, Brathay Trust and the dean and team from the
cathedral ensured that the finish line experience was a truly
memorable one.
My Track Trail tracker also played a valuable part in this – as it had
done for the whole journey, allowing my online and offline support
to converge together on the finish line. My phone buzzed with
congratulations just as I was receiving them from those who made
it into Newcastle.
